Suppose that you were to die today and stand before God, and He were to say to you, “Why should I let you into my heaven?”

What would you say?

If you’re not sure, would you like to know the answer? The answer is based upon WHOM OR WHAT you are trusting to get you into heaven.The only one we can trust for our salvation is Jesus Christ.

Acts 16:31 “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”

If you are counting on yourself, your goodness and kindness as a person, your acts of goodness, church attendance, or any thing other than Jesus Christ to get you to heaven, you will not go there. It is only by believing that when Jesus died on the cross and rose again, He completed God’s plan for man’s salvation. This plan did not and never will include what we can do alone ourselves.

Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6
